Martha Pellegrino

Martha Pellegrino is the Founder and Chief Bravissima Officer of Brava Point LLC, a company that navigates leaders to success by co-creating thoughtful strategies, generative communication, and engaged teams. As a facilitator, trainer, and executive coach, Martha offers a unique skill set to support clients through changing times. Martha is an Appreciative Inquiry practitioner, helping clients maintain a solution-oriented focus and is a proud member of the Conversations Worth Having community.

Prior to starting her own company, Martha served as the Director of Government Relations for the City of Portland, where she oversaw state, federal and international affairs. She holds a B.A. in English and Philosophy from the University of Illinois, an M.A. in English Literature from the University of East Anglia, U.K., and a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law. When she’s not helping clients find their Brava Point, she can be found building community through pickleball, cheering on women’s sports teams, and enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest with and her wife Alisa and their two funny cats.
