Dr. Elizabeth Warner is an internal medicine physician, improvement system coach, healthcare leader and president of Warner Well Being – committed to human flourishing in healthcare. Dr. Warner received her MD degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine with Alpha Omega Alpha distinction. She has served as a healthcare leader for over 14 years, most recently as Chief Medical Officer of one of the largest federally qualified health centers in Michigan.

Her lifelong love of learning led her to additional training in lean improvement systems, positive psychology and organizational development. Her public speaking experience ranges from custom multi-day training sessions to inspirational keynote addresses.Ā  She is first author of Conversations Worth Having in Healthcare: Boost Satisfaction and Quality Using Appreciative Inquiry. Dr. Warner is an avid practitioner of appreciative inquiry, focusing on what is possible, positive and good within human systems. Her coaching, facilitation and consulting emerge from this generative lens. She continues to strengthen how she shows up in the world to expertly collaborate with the healthcare leaders and organizations she coaches.
