 Mireille Pellegrini Petit is an Executive Coach, Trainer, and Organizational Consultant who brings over 30 years of experience across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Founder of Thrive Positive, she specializes in Appreciative Inquiry, Positive Psychology and Systemic culture-building approaches.
Mireille holds a combined Master’s in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, as well as a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. She is an accredited Senior Practitioner Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and has supported organizations in health, education, community development, and corporate sectors.
Her consulting and coaching work is rooted in a strengths-focused, whole-system lens. She specializes in designing and facilitating Appreciative Inquiry Summits, culture-transformation programs, and leadership and team development programs. She is particularly passionate about helping organizations address negativity and learned helplessness by fostering conversations worth having — conversations that inspire collaboration, strengthen relationships, and create positive sustainable change.
Drawing on her clinical background, Mireille has a deep understanding of human dynamics and complex systems. She partners with organizations to co-create positive, values-driven cultures that prioritize both wellbeing and performance, ensuring that individuals and teams can flourish.
