Alenka is passionate about transforming engineering culture and redefining how engineers think, lead, and are perceived in tech organizations and society. With a PhD in Electrical Engineering, a BS in Computer Science, and decades of experience in the tech industry, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise and human-centered leadership to every engagement.

She helps tech organizations strengthen their leadership capacity and culture by transforming how their people lead, collaborate, and communicate - especially in times of complexity and change. Her work focuses on supporting engineers and technical leaders to shift from reactive patterns to intentional leadership - grounded in trust, clarity, and systemic thinking.

What she brings is a unique combination of deep industry insight and adaptive learning design. As an iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and Certified XCHANGE Guide, she creates leadership programs that blend coaching, experiential cohort learning, peer exchange, systems thinking, and agile practices.
