Zephyr Ethier

Zephyr earned her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Marlboro College Graduate & Professional Studies where she also received the President’s Award for Academic Excellence. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Southeast Asian Studies from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts from North Seattle Community College. Zephyr’s dissertation was an Interpretive Phenomenological study of a woman’s leadership identity evolution in higher education. Her current professional and academic work is exploration of conversations as catalysts for individual and organizational transformation and leadership development.
