Sue Baldwin is a passionate, lifelong learner and a master communicator. Her goal is to use the skills she has refined over the course of her diverse career in education, administration, professional learning, and strategic planning to actively make a difference in the lives of all those she encounters. Her specialty is supporting positive change both personally and professionally. After working in the corporate world, she returned to MSU and began a second career in education. She retired from Huron Valley Schools with great honor after 30+ years of service in the classroom and central office administration. An insatiable learner, she plunged into the world of Conversations Worth Having, which included SOAR, Appreciative Inquiry, and Positive Psychology. What started as a delightful hobby has blossomed into a thriving business. Her work is making a big difference for her corporate clients, for community groups, and in the K-12 educational environment.

Sue earned a BA, Teaching Certificate and MA from Michigan State University and a Central Office Certification from Oakland University. In addition, she is a CHW and AI certified practitioner/trainer/facilitator. She is known for thoughtfulness, great enthusiasm, focused spirit, generosity, and kindness. She resides in Northville, MI with her husband Scott. They are blessed with three boys, Michael (32), Andrew (29), and Daniel (24). She loves family time, cooking, traveling, exercising, exploring, sports, and has made a hobby of visiting places of worship throughout the world.
