Kathy is passionate about lifelong learning and assisting others in developing their careers and strengthening their organizations. During her professional career, she has taught middle and high school students, has provided library services, and has served as a manager, director, dean, and leader. As a volunteer, she has served on committees and in leadership positions at professional associations and nonprofit organizations.
Learning how to reflect, rather than ruminate, on our experiences is a powerful and transformative practice.
