Vicki Terrill

Vicki Terrill is a strategic planning facilitator, leadership coach, and founder of The Forge for Leaders, a retreat center located in West Texas, designed to help leaders reconnect with purpose, clarity, and collaboration. Drawing from more than two decades of leadership and facilitation experience, Vicki helps organizations move beyond problem-solving to possibility-seeking—using Appreciative Inquiry, SOAR, and Conversations Worth Having as the foundation for meaningful change. 

Her work has guided city departments, nonprofit boards, businesses, and military organizations in developing “living” strategic plans that spark ownership, trust, and innovation. Whether she’s working with firefighters, Air Force leaders, or executive teams, Vicki is known for creating environments where people feel heard, valued, and inspired to co-create the future together. 

Vicki’s facilitation style blends practical strategy with human connection. She believes every strong plan begins with strong conversations—the kind that invite curiosity, align purpose, and build confidence across teams. Her approach is informed by neuroscience, positive psychology, and the belief that language shapes culture.
