Diane Brown, CPA

Diane is Managing Principal at Archos Advisors. She is deeply passionate and experienced in helping organizations develop and execute strategy, strengthen culture, and create change success that drives stronger results and performance. As a co-founder of Archos Advisors, Diane finds tremendous reward in serving leaders and leadership teams focused on getting to the next level and achieving success with and through their people, not in spite of them.

A former CPA with a deep commitment to every client and team she works with, Diane has provided countless leaders with the necessary insight and resources to solve problems, navigate change, and create stronger and more effective teams. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, strategic facilitation, change management, organizational development, and leadership development.  She is a SHRM-SCP, Prosci-Certified Advanced Change Practitioner, and an Institute for the Future certified Foresight Practitioner.

In addition to consulting, Diane loves golf, cheering on the Louisville Cardinals and WKU Hilltoppers, and serving as a volunteer class assistant for Rock Steady Boxing, helping those battling Parkinson’s Disease to fight back.
