Congratulations to our Newly Certified Conversation Worth Having Trainers

More than 25 people have now been through the CWH Certification program and 30% have completed the work needed to earn certification. We are excited about the broad range of fields that are represented by these practitioners: business, education, healthcare, libraries, government, workforce development, energy, social services, mental health, veterinary services, transportation, youth development, customer service, human resources, and equity and justice. Just imagine the potential for positive change if conversations across each of these fields were all worth having.

Toni Benner (Michigan) Toni  partners with organizations to significantly up their engagement, learning, teaming, coaching, leadership and productivity across supply chains.  She does this by designing and delivering custom experiential training programs that spark, inspire, motivate and empower. She is a coach, speaker, instructor, and President of Racco and Associates, INC.

 

Caroline Comport (Washington D.C.) Caroline  is the founder of Narrative Quest, a leadership and personal development to help journalists and news media organizations flourish as well as engage in Conversations Worth Having (CWH) with the communities they serve. She draws upon her love of story, bringing her experience as an editor and Emmy-award winning television news producer.

 

Michael Emmart (New York) Michael’s passion is helping people engage in Conversations Worth Having connecting teams with best practices and improved outcomes.  He specializes in strategic and program improvement planning.  Michael has translated the CWH framework into workshops for caseworkers, teachers, and law enforcement professionals.

 

Elle Finnegan (New Hampshire) Elle  is passionate about helping people learn, grow, and develop through a whole person process of purposeful change.  As an Appreciative Inquiry practitioner and expert in the field of Intentional Change Theory and Practice, Elle offers her clients a specialized approach to sustainable change management.

 

Fashiha Haq (Toronto, CA) Fasiha is a Global Business Strategist partnering with diverse stakeholders to bridge the communication gaps between physicians and patients, and amongst Healthcare Professionals. As an engaging speaker, passionate Healthcare advocate and on-the-ground thought leader she has earned the trust of both Health Care Professionals and Patients.

 

Lisa Schmith (California) Lisa  is an energetic leader with a purposeful approach and passion for helping to develop and coach leaders, managers, individual contributors, and teams. Lisa operates Meridian Leadership Solutions and specializes in coaching, consulting and leadership development solutions for the public sector, non-profit, and small businesses.

 

Kelly Stewart (Pennsylvania) Kelly has a natural desire to bring out the best in an organization. She works with B2B companies ranging from facilities design, planning and management to accounts receivable management as well as local non-profit organizations including a community college foundation and a national non-profit dedicated to the promotion of safe medication practices.

 

Sylvette Wake (California) Sylvette  is the founder of WakeUp Training, Coaching, and Strategic Planning. She is committed to helping people develop their strengths and unlock their potential, creating safe spaces for learning and growth, and bringing a warm, energizing style [and great accent] to her work.
