You know how to help groups shift from problems to possibilities cognitively. This session is about building a different kind of capacity: embodied capacity to stay generative when a conversations goes somewhere unplanned. Where CWH works at the level of cognition and language (mindset), Futures + Improv works at the level of the nervous system and embodied presence (capacity). Specifically: How do you train your body to stay present, adaptive and creative when the room does not follow the script?
