Floyd Phillips

Floyd Phillips is an Information Technology Leader at Duke Energy and Certified Professional Coach through the NC State Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He has over 30 years of working in large, medium, and small technology companies across a variety of industries. He is also the founder and owner of a small technology business. Floyd is known in the industry for his extensive background in leadership development coaching with technology and information teams. His driving passion and goal are to help teams reach their maximum potential and to fully understand the scope of what is possible. His area of specialization includes helping teams recognize and adapt to different communication styles to make every conversation a Conversation Worth Having.

He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.
